Environmental Council Annual Report
A collaborative project with the University of Hawai‘i Manoa Design Workshop (Etsuko Ono, Megan Wong & Anna Fujishige) to redesign the State Of Hawaii Environmental Council's annual report. We used the food miles—the distance the food has travelled from it's origin—of ingredients from a typical Hawai‘i plate lunch to illustrate this years theme of food security and sustainability. The report is used by state legislators to decide upon matters of environmental policy.
